My husband Chuck and I moved to Ruidoso in April of 2002 from Alberta, Canada. My family lived in New Mexico in the late 1800’s but we did not discover Ruidoso until Chuck’s family moved here in 2000. We were sold on the Ruidoso lifestyle … after all, where else can you ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon? In Canada, I was a Salesperson for in the Automotive Parts industry. I gained considerable experience in customer relations, business development and conflict resolution. These skills served me well when we purchased Whispering Pine Cabins, a nightly rental and Property Management operation, with 20 cabins.

Real Estate was a natural complement to the rental business; I obtained my Brokers License as well. I’ve been fortunate to have listed and sold many residential and commercial properties and of course property management is still a big part of the services I offer. Many of the properties I have sold are managed as nightly rentals. I enjoy being involved in life-changing transactions with my clients and work diligently to ensure they find what they really want while having some fun along the way.
